KEEP BUILDING WHEN NOTHING SEEMS TO BE WORKING

KEEP BUILDING WHEN NOTHING SEEMS TO BE WORKING

WEEKLY CHARGE: With Osoria Asibor

There’s a kind of frustration that hits you when you’re doing everything right but still seeing no result. You’re praying, giving, planning, working hard, attending seminars, obeying God — but the doors remain shut. The ground remains dry. The clients are not coming. The ministry is not growing. The marriage is not improving. The dreams are still dreams.

If you’re in that place, I came with one simple instruction from heaven: Keep building.
Even when it seems like nothing is working, keep building.
Even when the results are slow and invisible, keep building.

You see, consistency is often the bridge between prophecy and manifestation. The fact that you’re not seeing fruit yet doesn’t mean your seed is dead. Some things just take longer to grow — but they’re still growing.

  1. Don’t Judge Your Progress by Immediate Results

We live in a microwave generation — quick clicks, fast food, overnight success stories. So when results delay, we begin to feel like failures. But the truth is: real growth is slow, silent, and sacred.

“Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.”Galatians 6:7 (KJV)

The harvest always comes — but never immediately. You may not see the impact of your obedience right away, but keep going. Obedience is not wasted even when it’s not yet rewarded.

  1. Noah Built for 120 Years Without a Drop of Rain

Imagine building a massive ark, explaining your assignment to mockers, and waiting year after year — no sign of rain, no sign of a flood, just more wood, more nails, more instructions.

But Noah kept building. He wasn’t driven by applause or proof — he was driven by purpose and divine instruction.

“By faith Noah… moved with fear, prepared an ark to the saving of his house…”Hebrews 11:7 (KJV)

Some of you reading this are building something that no one understands:
– A ministry that feels dry.
– A business that’s not breaking even.
– A family that feels disconnected.
– A habit of discipline that isn’t yielding visible reward.

Keep building. Even when nobody claps. Even when no one helps. Even when your own emotions rebel. If God gave you the instruction, the result is His responsibility.

  1. Foundations Are Always Built in Silence

Have you ever seen a house under construction? When the foundation is being laid, it looks like nothing is happening. There’s no beauty. No finishing touches. Just digging, concrete, and patience.

But the depth of the foundation determines the height of the building. The deeper the struggle, the higher the future elevation.

“If the foundations be destroyed, what can the righteous do?”Psalm 11:3 (KJV)

If God is allowing you to dig deep, it’s because you’re going to rise high. Stay the course. Don’t quit now — you’re laying a foundation that generations will thank you for.

  1. Faithfulness Is the Currency of Promotion

Sometimes what God is testing is not your talent — it’s your faithfulness.
Can you show up daily without applause?
Can you stay committed without being noticed?
Can you remain excellent even when it seems pointless?

“Moreover it is required in stewards, that a man be found faithful.”1 Corinthians 4:2 (KJV)

Faithfulness is the seed that God promotes. When you keep building even in dry seasons, you are proving to heaven that you can be trusted with rain when it comes.

  1. What Feels Pointless Now Will Become Powerful Later

Let’s be honest — some things feel like a waste of time.
You start a YouTube channel: 3 views.
You post your product online: 1 like.
You write that book: no buyers.
You organize the meeting: nobody shows up.

But keep going. What you’re building today may not make sense yet — but it will. God often hides His greatest works in the most unimpressive beginnings.

“Despise not the day of small things…”Zechariah 4:10 (KJV)

Some of the most impactful people today kept building long before anyone noticed. Stay hidden. Stay humble. Keep hammering.

  1. God Is Watching What Men Are Ignoring

Others may not see your tears in the night. They may not know how hard you’re trying. They may not appreciate your labor. But God sees it all.

“For God is not unrighteous to forget your work and labour of love…”Hebrews 6:10 (KJV)

He sees the effort to forgive.
He sees the sacrifice to give.
He sees the hours you spend planning, serving, praying, designing, parenting, creating.
And at the appointed time, He will reward you openly.

Final Charge:

Keep building.
Build through rejection.
Build through discouragement.
Build through confusion.
Build through silence.

Don’t stop because it’s hard. Don’t quit because you’re tired. Don’t turn back because it’s slow. Everything you’re doing in obedience is being recorded in heaven’s book of remembrance (Malachi 3:16).

One day, you will wake up and the floodgates will open.
One call. One contract. One opportunity. One encounter. And it will look like it happened suddenly — but heaven will know it’s been building for years.

You are not wasting time — you are investing it.

Till next Monday, stay blessed.
